Physio-Align provides Schroth treatment to help individuals learn about their specific curve characteristics and feel confident with the home exercise practice programs for lifelong management of their scoliosis. Schroth treatment focuses on spine alignment, strengthening and stabilization techniques with the desired outcome of slowing curve progression and improving long-term spine health.

Elizabeth Cobos-Tarin MPT, DPT, BSPTS is the owner Physio-Align. She is a physical therapist certified in the Schroth Method and SEAS level I. Both treatment methods are recognized by SOSORT, the International Society of Scoliosis Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Treatment as standards of care for the conservative treatment of scoliosis.

A graduate from the University of Texas El Paso with her Masters in Physical Therapy and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University, she has over 20 years of experience in Pediatric Physical Therapy focusing on children with a wide array of conditions. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Elizabeth is dedicated and ready to provide the highest standard of care.
